No invitation email when using 'Give entrepreneur direct access' option
Published on: 01/07/2026When creating a domain within a portal using the option "Give entrepreneur direct access", the newly created user does not receive an invitation email.
Temporary workaround:
We advise creating the user directly inside the domain:
- Open the correct domain.
- Click on the horizontal lines in the top left corner.
- Go to My domain.
- In the Domain section, click on Users.
- Click on + Create user.
- Fill in the name, email address, role, and language.
If the user still does not receive an email after following these steps, please let us know so we can investigate further.

'Access Denied' error during login
Published on: 30/06/2026Some users report that after logging in, they land on a page displaying an 'Access Denied' message.
What is the cause?
This issue is usually related to your internet browser's cache (storage). This phenomenon can occur when you have access to multiple Yuki domains with a single email address and open them within the same browser. Due to leftover cookies and cache data, the browser sometimes gets confused about active permissions, causing Yuki to deny access.

Temporary workaround:You can easily resolve this yourself via your browser settings:
- Clear your cache and cookies: Delete the browsing data of your internet browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge) and try to log in again.
- Use an incognito window: Open a private or incognito window in your browser and log in there. Since an incognito window does not use old cookies, logging in should work immediately.

Error in zip file during archive export
Downloading the digital archive is currently failing; upon opening, you receive the error message: "Windows cannot open the folder".
Temporary workaround:
As a temporary solution, we recommend using an external program such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. After downloading the .zip file and the external program, you can open the file by right-clicking the .zip file and selecting "Open with" WinRAR or 7-Zip. This will allow you to extract the files to a folder of your choice on your PC.

Delay in retrieving CODA files
We have received several reports of delays of 1 to 2 days in the processing of CODA files in Yuki. We are currently investigating the cause.
