The email settings for sending sales invoices via the Yuki server, using a personal email address on our server, are now in compliance with the new Google guidelines.
This information applies to those who have chosen the following mail server settings as Sales Settings:
- Send your emails via the Yuki server
As of February 1st, stricter rules apply to sending emails to Gmail accounts.
In summary:
- All email traffic to Gmail accounts must be provided with validation information as of February 1st.
- Individuals sending a large volume to Gmail (5,000 emails or more in one day) must add additional DMARC information.
- Those who violate these conditions will be placed on Google's spam list.
If you have already correctly configured the DNS settings, no further action is necessary.
A warning for DMARC is not a problem and will also be visible in the overview. We retrieve the validation data in the same way Google would.
If the DNS settings are not correct, you will see the following screen:
If an issue arises, we will temporarily send your invoices from mail@yukiworks.be until you have had the opportunity to correctly configure your settings. Please note that DNS settings are specific to your website and may not always be replicated exactly. Always consult your email provider for advice first.
