Companies deactivated on the Peppol network
Published on: 19/05/2026We are currently experiencing an issue where a number of administrations are being automatically and incorrectly deactivated on the Peppol network. As a result, the sending or receiving of documents via Peppol may be temporarily interrupted for these administrations.
Update:
Due to a change in the formatting of the company registration numbers, a number of administrations have been automatically and incorrectly deactivated on the Peppol network. As a result, the sending or receiving of documents via Peppol has been temporarily interrupted for these administrations.
We have put a recovery plan in place to automatically re-register all administrations that were still registered yesterday but are no longer active. Our engineering team is currently executing this bulk processing.
What is the best course of action for you right now?
Although we are working on the automatic re-registration behind the scenes, we strongly advise you to manually re-register your administration on the Peppol network right away.
By doing this yourself, you bypass the queue of the automatic bulk processing, your connection is restored immediately, and you can instantly resume sending or receiving documents.

Rounding difference when creating Yuki sales invoice with price list including VAT
Published on: 11/05/2026We recently implemented an update to the VAT logic in Yuki to process invoices in accordance with the requirements of the Peppol network. As a result, a rounding difference may occur in certain situations for invoices with prices including VAT.
Example: When creating an invoice with an item of €100 including 21% VAT, the invoice line correctly shows €100. However, due to rounding at the VAT rate level, the invoice total may end up at €99.99.
Temporary workaround:
-> This issue does not occur when using price lists excluding VAT.
-> When using price lists including VAT, we advise adding the difference of €0.01 on a separate invoice line with 0% VAT or VAT code “exempt from VAT”, so that the desired total amount is maintained.

No copy invoice when sending via Peppol
When sending sales invoices via the Peppol network, a copy is currently not being sent to the sender (entrepreneur), despite the active setting "Copy of sent invoices".

Error in zip file during archive export
Downloading the digital archive is currently failing; upon opening, you receive the error message: "Windows cannot open the folder".
Temporary workaround:
As a temporary solution, we recommend using an external program such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. After downloading the .zip file and the external program, you can open the file by right-clicking the .zip file and selecting "Open with" WinRAR or 7-Zip. This will allow you to extract the files to a folder of your choice on your PC.

Delay in retrieving CODA files
We have received several reports of delays of 1 to 2 days in the processing of CODA files in Yuki. We are currently investigating the cause.
