No copy of invoice when sending via Peppol
When sending sales invoices via the Peppol network, a copy is currently not being sent to the sender (entrepreneur), despite the "Copy of sent invoices" setting being active in the sales settings.
Status: In progress – Expected resolution on 04/05/2026.
Error in zip file during archive export
Downloading the digital archive is currently failing; upon opening, you receive the error message: "Windows cannot open the folder".
Temporary workaround:
As a temporary solution, we recommend using an external program such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. After downloading the .zip file and the external program, you can open the file by right-clicking the .zip file and selecting "Open with" WinRAR or 7-Zip. This will allow you to extract the files to a folder of your choice on your PC.

Delay in retrieving CODA files
We have received several reports of delays of 1 to 2 days in the processing of CODA files in Yuki. We are currently investigating the cause.
