This plan includes the following features:
Processing of up to 100 purchase and sales invoices per month
Expense claims are also counted as purchase invoices
Sales invoices also include invoices created through the Yuki Invoice feature or received via an API connection in your Yuki environment
1 user included (additional users can be added for €7.75 per user per month)

The Medium Plan can be activated for €47 per month.
If you exceed the limit of 100 invoices, an additional €10.50 will be charged for every 15 extra invoices.
Important! As of January 1, 2027, Yuki will introduce a price update for all subscription plans.

How to activate a plan
Important: Only a user with the ‘Management’ role can complete a purchase in the Yuki Store.
Click the three-line icon in the top-left corner of your Yuki environment.
Select Upgrade my plan.
Or click the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner to navigate to the Yuki Store.
In the Yuki Store, you can select the Medium Plan and complete your purchase.
Important!
If you downgrade before the 25th of the month, the new plan will become active on the first day of the following month.
If you downgrade on or after the 25th, the new plan will become active on the first day of the month after next.
Example 1: Downgrade from the Medium Plan to the Small Plan on March 24
Example 2: Downgrade from the Medium Plan to the Small Plan on March 25
The downgrade takes effect at the end of April.
You can continue using the Medium Plan throughout April and will be billed for it accordingly.
Starting in May, the Small Plan rate will apply to your invoice.
